Hi, I'm working on this tourney with a good friend of mine, and trying to get some interest in the VF Tourney segment of Arcade Rennaissance.

You should go to the match making forum and find people from the Florida area. I think they refer to the state team as the Hydra. there are players out there but sometimes you have to look for them I think there are about 5-6 hardcore players it's just a matter of finding them, and to see if there up for the tourney. You should also check other east coast states to see if there are any players that are interested.
