Are the replay files from the VF4 Evo DVD rom CPU controlled?

    If you're asking if those are CPU equivalents of real players playing, then no. Those are real fights, done by real people.

    Those matches are better than what I can do pretty much....

    If you think that those matches are not as good as more recent ones, I would agree. Seeing as those matches were recorded before the Japanese version of Evo came out, which was a while back.

    Also, when you watch the replays, some of the names of the players are NOT their actual translated names.
