No. I thought u 2p'd a decent amount, but more to the point i thought u 2p'd effectively. I did realize i needed to start doing it too. And i did get frustrated and throw it out like 5 times at one point, but eeehhh, ya know, it happens. But no, i thought u 2p'd and poked very good. I need to add it to my game. Also, didn't i read lions 2p is slower, his and wolfs? I did wonder if maybe the trade off was only -4 on block but prolly just my reaction time. There was 1 time where i tried to catch u in a fuzzy gaurd like 4 moves back to back to back to back and ate 4 straight 2p's. lol. Next fight or 2 i was set on feeding u 2p, then i regained my senses and started playing good again. lol. I'm still learning. So i absolutely wasn't complaining about u using 2p. I was actually giving u props while sorta putting complainers in there place. Look forward to playing u some more.

See this is where you fucked up at. Maybe your the Asshole he's talking about on the low.For you to even try to put yourself in his mindstate because of this make you an asshole. I use 2p and WHAT.. i use it to disrupt things when shit gets hectic or when i safe and i want to keep a flow chart going.

Oh yeah, HotD can see what's going on during a fight better than I can. Strong play-style. Not really sure why the bitch-fest erupted.

 

The first time I said that I agreed with Jorjo's comment was in response to Tony and the likes of you and all the people who blindly stick up for him without even knowing what's going on. Instead of taking time to understand the situation, all you see is, "Oh shit, my boy is getting bitched at" so I need to stick up for him no matter what! Even if he's in the wrong? Seriously, that's what I hate about this community b/c I've seen quite a bit of that.

Umm okay what's your point? Did you want me to say, "GOOD FOR YOU!" I don't care dude. Use 2p and whatever you want I don't care. Don't impose your views about playing VF on me or anyone. I never asked advice from you...besides there are much better players and cooler people I'd rather seek advice from.

I don't care if they are your BOYZ, GIRLZ, HOMIEZ, DAWGZ, or whatever. If one of my friends was being a dick to a total stranger, I wouldn't commend him...I'd tell him, "Yo man, you shouldn't do or say that." Tony talked shit to me first so I'm gonna stick up for myself. I played him using no DM P+K and then when he asked me to use DM P+K on him, I did and still got favorable results over him. My point is not that I'm better than him...it's that he shouldn't tell me that I have to use "DM P+K" to beat him only. I already proved to him that I can win matches without using DM P+K. He's discrediting all my victories and that ain't cool. I might not know my throw escapes or frame data or combos, but I still manage to do pretty well for myself and for him to tell me I don't know how to play and that my victories weren't well earned is a punch to my face....I don't care who you are, you would feel the same too. Everybody has their own style or ways of learning. I already know I'm weak...I never said I was teh BESTEST VF like you are. I'm just a new player lookin to play and have fun. But hey, I was able to beat your boy Tony in the majority of our matches so what does that make him? But hey, I really don't care and it's all good.

 

Ya know, I've stayed out of this little debate because I felt I wasn't really a part of it. But I can say that I have played HotD (tsua as I know him) a number of times and I think I may have a tiny little insight into the root of the problem.

HotD, your play style, to many players, can come across as frustrating/annoying. Now I'm not trying to talk shit, I'm just offering my perspective. Hear me out.

Plague is right. Your reaction time is fantastic. And I must also say you understand the game mechanics very well (such as your wicked nintaku). And while your strats are all very valid, they are also incredibly frustrating online. When you nintaku with a CH p then go for a zero frame throw, even the best VF players will have a hard time breaking it. (you pretty much have to imput the throw escape during the CH)

Again, I'm not talking shit. I KNOW there are people who hate my abare style with vanessa. But thats how I play. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. But I used to look at ST as cheap because everyone just stands back and throws fireballs all day, but I realized that its just the way its played.

I probably will regret injecting myself in this argument.

It's that and what I think to be a key extra ingredient - gameplan changes based on what I was doing. If I saw him TR and guard - then I'd throw him on his next TR. He would only fall for this about two or three times (provided I kept doing the same thing). After that, my throw would be met with CH P, etc. If he could ETEG, I'd have more problems.

I'm slow to change. If I beat any player 10 or 20 times in a row - it is because they're not changing their game.

I remember you beating me like five times, then I finally win one match against you and you send me a message saying something along the lines of "Haha and I was just about to start trying"... your so arrogant that you cant even take a loss without trying to make excuses.

 

I saw the vid in the shoutbox. That's some funny stuff. The fact that it's easy to predict what he's going to do is quite disturbing.
