bay area quest task problem?

"*evade 5 times with an evading throw escape, atleast 3 mist be a succesful throw escape"

whenever i try this, nothing will register as a DTE, it's weird because i easily did a similar task in the last arcade wich requires 10 DTEs with atleast 2 succesful TEs, has anybody came about with the same problem?

even when i do a simple evade P+G, the quest order display does not go up to declair it, i've been throw leik 30 matches trying... is there a bug somewhere in the PAL version?

 

I've not been bothering with the quests much but doesn't that mean you have to do evade-triple throw escape?
