Y not,now that she's gotting so popular it would amount to better sales.Namco has done it with SC,anything to attract the casual crowd.Think about it, when was the last time Sega has had a mascot this hot right now.......not since Sonic thats when

 

Regardless of wether or not she'ss got some limelight it would turn VF into Soul Calibur.

She wouldn't fit into the series at all.

 

Your not looking at this the right way.From a marketing stand point it wouldn't hurt to do this.Dural doesn't fit in VF balance wise yet she's there. It won't turn VF into SC,but help open the eyes of new players.Fans of Bayonetta would buy the games just to play with her.....VF needs some spice to compete wit SSF4 and the like,this would provide some hype.

 

I'd love to play with Bayonetta...

I agree that it would help shift more copies it would be at the cost of the presentation of the franchise.

If they were going to include one stupid character from another SEGA title (or SEGA mythos) it would have to be Segata Sanshiro. Not giraffe/teacher woman.

Only 5 five people have heard of him because you haven't? That makes no sense to me at all.

Anyway, I wouldn't enjoy silly characters like that being in VF but if AM2 were to do it then Segata Sanshiro would make a lot more sense than Bayonetta.

 

If Segata Sanshiro is less popular to the casual/mainstream masses than Bayonetta, then no.

At the same time however, Bayonetta uses guns and witchcraft and shit, so that wouldn't work either.

Magic doesn't work in VF.

 

OMG......that was fucking awesome!!!,but it still wouldn't be as smart as putting Bayonetta in a console release
