Bouncing

Hi just wondering If anyone has nailed down the rules of when someone will and won't bounce,I mean people seem to always bounce after the moves that send you spinning off like Lau's roundhouse and lightweights seem to bounce twice while normal weights seem to bounce once unless the last move you use has special bouncing abilities like Kage f,f,k or Taka d+k,but why for instance does jacky shot knee after normal knee bounce but not say low punch after the knee?.I know this is a pretty weird post but I was just wondering if the Mooks say anything about when someone will bounce ie(less than 30 damage before they hit the ground or anything like that).Thanks
