Brooklyn VF tourney, Aug 3

We will be playing the Xbox360 version

Entry fee: $10

The store is right in front of the 2 and 5 train stop Flatbush Avenue - Brooklyn College,

buses that stop near the store are:
BM2, B41, B44, B35, B103 and B6

I'm interested, but I won't likely be able to go as i'll be on vacation soon for a total of 3 weeks.

It's a good idea to post the date now, as that will help people to plan around the event.

If its accessible by train I'd make it if I'm free. It would be on a weekend correct?

yes, I'm thinking a saturday would be best

After consulting with my friends had to change it to sunday.

Bulletproof comics? That name sounds very familiar. One sec, I know, they had a spot in Washington Heights(Pinehurst Street) I use to play Mark Of The Wolves(Dreamcast) there with some guys from the shop a neighborhood until they closed the shop down(They had a Neo Geo there as well too)The good old days. I think the owners were Korean(Cool guys)

 

im down 4 this is it an open tournament or will it be based on skill level either way i will b there also how many games are we going to play 2 qualify or does that not matter

 

I'll make Sure Akmaal and Dabadseed ass is there. I will be there. Even if i somehow don't play i'll show support and see some good matches.

The Love for VF5 is not what i would imagine it to be now that its online.I can't get deep in VF5 like im supposed to and a lost might make me start to over analyze on everything lol! I get like that sometimes when it comes to Video game Tourneys especially fighting.I try not to get over-competitive so i won't enjoy the game for what it is.

 

do we need to bring our own arcade sticks or are they supplied and is def sunday? its also mentioned it might be a saturday event.
