Building a new arcade desk!

Hi all,

I have decided I am going to build an arcade desk for my fighting games. My idea is to build a desk that I could add my current screen and arcade stick to. My concept drawing should be included on this message...hopefully... Any ideas for improvement, or general comments appreiciated, cheers.

 

LA_Akira did something very similar to this I sugest sending him PMs to get his expert opinion on the pratfalls and such.

haha, by that last post i am starting to think this guy wont appreciate any pm's, to be honest, i am happy to recieve suggestions from anyone, i have searched around and not found many projects like this one, some have been similar, but not quite what i want to do.

i will do once i have all the pieces cut, I want it to be completed by the end of the month. Ive been thing of putting decals on it, especially at the top of the cab by the speakers, i think it will enhance the look a bit.

haha, im sure theres others that have done this aswell, i just decided to broadcast it /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif hopefully im going to make a few of these,

 

I have a dream. . . that one day. . . boys and girls will sit next to eachother. . . and play fighting games in a custum built arcade room.

There will be tournaments, good music and food in the next room. And killer artwork on the walls.

This place will be called "Stay Chill" and will be in downtown NYC.

Just you wait and see!
