Button noise.

Hey, I bought a Hori ex2 stick and I find the buttons annoyingly noisy.

If there is a difference in noise at all, which brand offers the most silent buttons? I know I should change the buttons anyway, but I guess sound is more important to me than the feeling.

 

I think this is more down to how well the case of the arcade stick is muted than to how loud the micro-switches trigger. From what I can tell, the VSHG case does a pretty good job with both the buttons and the joystick.

 

Aww, okay... I did have a little feeling that the case might be part of the problem, but I didn't know to which extent.

hori cases are typically pretty loud.

on the other hand, i find the hrap 2 to be the single most comfortable stick there is. so it's a matter of what's important to you.
