Rest assured that the game is identical to Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown so all current resources on here such as Command Lists with frame data, Combo Lists and the Wiki still apply. This place should be good. I've bought from there before. I believe some of the FT machines in the US were purchased from there as well.

That's a good business, just sucks they're in Hong Kong.

They're listing House of the Dead 4 as in stock. It comes with a 62" LCD (holy shit):

House of The Dead 4 will first storm your impression by its 62" widescreen high definition LCD monitor. The graphic has much improves and brings out the reality of the zombi.

A part from the screen and graphics, the shotgun from HOTD3 has also been upgrade to a machine gun, give player a realistic feeling when firing to the zombi. There is a button on the side of your weapon which allows you to throw grenades to the zombies that coming after you.

The player starts with 40 bullets and three grenades. You can either shoot one bullet at a time, or hold down the trigger button to shower enemies with bullets. To reload, simply shake the gun; and extra grenades are available for pickup on the way while you are fighting with the zombi. Player can also shot the oil barrels that would cause explosion to kill large amount of zombi at once.

and hey, it's only $15,000! :p KOFXI costs $400, heh.

If I were an arcade owner, I'd buy this thing, then put that TV in my house after people stopped playing it.

We got our FT kit from coinopexpress. They had great tech support and fast shipping. They even made us the jamma cable that splits and links up both cabs since I couldn't find it anywhere. They charged me extra for that, though. If I were to get VF5, I would definitely check this place out. I don't know how much the cabs are to ship, though. We got our cabs from Tim in STL.
