Byteside Panel on "Pro Gaming" 11 Nov 09

    I've been invited (as a last minute ring-in!) to sit in on a panel to talk about "Pro Gaming" on Byteside tomorrow night.

    Byteside is a regular live event / online video show where they get a bunch of experts from tech and games together to talk as a panel in an informal and fun environment.

    It's in Sydney, at The Shelbourne Hotel, 200 Sussex St (cnr Market St). The Games show would be at 8.30pm. Other panelists are Tony Trubridge from Team Immunity, Junglist from Good Game, and Charlie Brown from Cybershack (and local WCG rights holder).

    If any local guys are available tomorrow night, come on down and be part of the audience. There's opportunity for the audience to ask the panel questions as well!

    You should be able to download/watch the show online come Friday.

    BTW, they have a "Turn Me On" segment (not what you're thinking) where they ask the panel what the coolest (tech, geek, gaming, etc) thing they've seen or played lately. Any suggestions on what I should offer?! [​IMG] The funnier the better!

    Are you likely to say anything about most peoples' displeasure at Sega's running of their big franchises? I'm not hoping for a massive tirade (although that would be fun to watch), but a comment on it would be nice.

    I think I'll definitely mention the lack of support from Sega outside of Japan, the huge training/tutorial omissions from the console versions, and how they left the PS3 fanbase high and dry.

    Any other suggestions?
