Calling all High Level VF players!

VF was mad hype... all the way until release. Now the game is quiet again, except for VFDC. I wanna change that.

My solution is to get high level play streams running, and youtube replays flowing to different sites on the internet.

Rod, flash, shag, dennis, denkai(you playing this yet?), ayu, GT, glory, plague and whoever else is worthy of trying to get VF5:FS in the headlines, I wanna hear back from you.

What I'm Aiming For
I'd like to set up some first to 5, first to 10 or just straight up room matches with these players and stream them.
And then after the stream I can use the saved replays to upload to youtube. And then proceed to throw the replays at every fucking site I can find.

We need people around the world to see high level VF matches to get more people interest, and keep people interested.

So let's hear it. If any of you guys are interested in doing this let me know. I can even PM you my cell #, so if say, player A says he's gonna start up some matches with player B, they can just text me to see if I'm available, start a room up, and record this shit.

If you say NO, just remember, I know where most of you live. I'll drive my crippled ass to your house and beat you with my crutches and flash kick you with my cast.

What I Need From You
You need to wait 30 seconds between matches in Room Matches to get VF some more exposure. THATS FUCKING ALL. Not too much to ask. And hell, even if it doesn't bring in new players, at least everyone gets to watch matches often, instead of the matches from the 1 tournament a year VF used to have.

Oh and I really only know the NY VA and CA crews, so if anyone can help me with more high level player names just shout em off.

My Schedule
I work Mon-Fri. Usually home anywhere from 3pm-4pm eastern time. So feel free to hit me up then. Sat / Sun I'm always down, except for late late sunday, I have work at 6am.
Just don't assume that I'm 100% always gonna be able to do it, even if I am home.

Denkai is totally playing this game now. I'd throw down too so peeps can see some high lvl eileen use too. Girl has gotten no decent exposure yet. I think this is a good idea and is what needs to happen on these streams. Right now they're kinda lacking good players in them. The room can't be huge though, like 4 players 5 max. After that the wait gets too long to fight again if you lose, and peeps dont' want to wait too long to get another round.

 

if this is on PSN, i could help. although, compared to most of the popular fighters here, i'd probably be a punching bag. but i could make it look cool lol

2 things though:
1) If this idea actually takes off and gets VF some exposure and people like it, AND
2) PSN has high level players.

I will drop $45 for the full copy of VF5FS for the PS3 so we can do matches there too.

Also I'm gonna keep a list of people who are interested so far, just so I can keep in touch w/ em.

 

Nah I wouldn't want to run giant rooms. I honestly was thinking straight up 1v1, just with me in spectate to stream. So like a 3 person room would work.

 

Eu wise kingo, krye and gutti are all solid. There's some good players over here but those three are probably the best.

 

You need Denkai, Konjou, Happy Friend, Gentleman Thief, Chief Flash and gl0ry.

I've played them all in the last few days on 360 and they're all impressive.

Also Tricky, Cozby, God Eater, Kamais Ookin and VF Numbers are all very good players as well.

 

If theres a sudden vacancy put me on the runners up list!

I don't know of anyone in EU who streams and would be willing to do that for this side of the pond.

 

Well assuming a US spectator wouldn't add lag to their matches (Not really sure how it works) I would definitely be willing to stream some of Europes best players. Just let em know. Btw updating the front page with my usual schedule so everyone know when I might be available to stream.

I'm not gung-ho for online right now due to me sharing internet with my sister + being on wireless.

Going online is easy with PS3; I'm masquerading internet from my laptop to get online with Xbox. I'm looking to getting a dedicated landline again real soon.

I've been messing around on PSN. I prefer my PS3 VSHG to my AIAB stick for X360. Heck, I haven't even played my X360 version yet. I'm hoping to dual mod my VSHG in the near future.
