command c & b lists what's the diff?

I just want to know what the difference is between command lists c & b, I know they're different, but why? how do you know if you have version c or b?

 

Version B is what is in the majority of North American arcades.
Version C is the PS2 version and what's in most arcades in Asia.
Commands in version C have slightly different properties than in version B.

 

Generally, what Zero-chan said is correct, except that as far as I know, Version C is only in Japan (and is the main version of VF4 that is in arcades at the moment there). Version B is generally what is in arcades around the world, including Korea and other east asian countries if I remember correctly.
