Create-a-Quote!

After posting the character stories, I saw how some storylines are connected with others. Something I'd like to see in VF6 are specialised entrance/winning quotes, that could be triggered in specific matchups by holding the select button or something. I think It'd be a cool way to remind players that VF does indeed have a story that's worth looking into.

Specific storyline matchups for these 'special quotes' in FS are:

Lau/Pai/Lei-Fei
Jacky/Sarah/Vanessa
Eileen/Pai
Wolf/El Blaze
Kage/Dural
Aoi/Brad
Lion/Jean

and to a lesser extent:
Goh/Jacky
Aoi/Akira
Wolf/Akira
Lau/Akira, Kage/Shun (previous tournament finalists)

Or, forgetting the storylines for a moment, make up your own quotes

 

For Goh/Jacky:

Entrance:
Jacky : " I'll spare your teeth and you will talk ! "
Goh : " Glad you can drive, you may never walk again."

Winning :
Jacky: " We're not done yet ! "
Goh: " Let it go, you can't win."

Lion/Jean:

I always tought that king's multithrows are a waste of time. Wolf does the same damage with only 2 throws :°D
