Since ive been getting tons of email concerning Sanwa sticks and Hori stick conversions from members here, i decided to make a forum. Now, 2 members from this board have ordered stuff from me as i understand everyone else is skeptical, which is ok.

Acheron ordered 6 black Seimitsu screw buttons, and Ramrod had his VF4 Hori stick converted to Sanwa parts. I sent out both members stuff, and i await their review. (Mainly Ramrod, since i modded his stick) In the meanwhile, you can see what i have built in this photo album: (Sorry about the crappy quality of the pics)
    http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/mode879/my_photos

    It contains:
    - a progression of modding a Namco stick
    - a progression of modding a Dreamcast Agetec stick
    - my personal Hori sticks im modding
    - a modded Namco stick with a P360 Flash Sanwa and blue Sanwa buttons, built for a major SC2 player
    - pics of a variety of Sanwa parts
    - Ramrods VF stick mod progression with a Sony PCB swap

It has one custom built Sanwa stick (purple ball top) for one of the top SC2 players in Japan, BLT-Tsubojiru, and a Sanwa stick i built for him to use in a SC2 tourney. (No one had a Hori stick there, so i built him the stick in about 30 minutes. It has a white balltop & buttons, flat rectangular box.) My work is very clean and professional, and you will never see cardboard taped to the bottom of the stick (no offense Kimble), as i fit the Sanwa prongs into the stock PCB. I didnt take pics of the wiring of Ramrods stick, but hopefully he will take pics of it.

Also, i must give credit where credit is due. Catch-22 for showing everyone that the Namco stick could be modded. It opened the eyes of modders such as myself and we continue to mod other types of Hori sticks.

If anyone has any questions about Sanwa parts, sticks, or Hori mods feel free to ask.

How much would some sanwa optical square gate sticks cost from you? and how much are sanwa buttons?

I also modded Shangs VF4 Hori stick with a Sanwa Flash 360 and new Sanwa buttons, but the pics were lost. Hopefully if Shang has a camera, he could take some pics of it.

I don't suppose you could tell me the dimensions of the screwholes for a Sanwa stick, or provide a diagram or something? I've got an odd thought about my current stick that could be fruitful if the holes are right. Also, what depth is needed for Sanwa buttons?
