Deadliest Warrior Look out Soul Calibur?

    Its been a while since a brand new 3D weapons based fighting game has been released. Soul Calibur is top dog in that space.

    But look out, here's a new 3D weapons based fighter

    The Deadliest Warrior

    Of course, it really doesn't compete with top dog SC, but its "easy to play, hard to master" and I found it somewhat addictive, once I really go into it. The replay feature and the team mode alone were worth the $9.99 cost (its a downloadable game) on PSN and XBL. It has single player, multi-player, and online (Although I haven't been online yet) so I can only imagine how crazy its got to be online.

    The good thing about this game is its fun, its cheap, and its a
    brand new fighting game (not a sequel), so to me that means that contrary to rumors of our demise, the fighting game scene
    lives on.
