Did you get your name into FS? Find out here!

Hey everyone, I thought we could start a little community project to see which VFDC'ers got their names put into FS.

For those that don't know, if you own all the DLC you can access a single player mode called "Special Sparring" in which you battle groups of AI characters following a common theme. Each of these characters was named by someone who submitted a name entry to Sega during their contest.

So if you see a name you recognize, share it here! I'm sure your fellow VFDC'ers would appreciate the info. If you post someone's name, try to also post which group you saw them in.

I have seen Plague (in the first trial)
I've also seen Ash Kaiser, Myke, and JC Black (sorry, I don't remember which group).

Anyone else?

 

I just found Tiripsem in "KOT Trial", stage 6. A neat looking black and white Aoi!

I also found out that the characters appear in a non-random order. There are WAY less names in this version than vanilla 5.

 

I made it in but its not my vfdc name its the one called gohsen. Its I think the 4th one in on the first special sparring area. I might have more mystery one's in we'll see with time.

oh damn. i never heard they were doing this for FS. i got my name in VF5 vanilla, and i would have entered this one too if i had known.

oh well.

 

They missed out part of my PR line ("Shining Wizard time!") although my Wolf in game does seem to use the + -> + setup a fair bit.

I've got three more sets to go through. I'll post up the list tonight once I get done, although I didn't include the PR comments.

That said, I do remember some of them. The best one I've seen so far was someone that came up with Billie as the name, Jean as the character and "Not my lover!" as the PR comment.

I also get the feeling that JC Black didn't actually submit his name himself.

 

Ran into my Eileen while running Special Sparring. Was pretty cool. =P

 

i didn't see any of mine BUT my little brother had three of them: KamiKAGE (Kage), Curtain Call (Brad), and Air Brace (El Blaze... lol)

 

My name was in Vanilla VF5 in one of the easier arcades (BrodiMAN). But as of yet, I haven't found myself in FS

I've also seen Zass, Kobi, Stomp out loud, El Twelve and R0RY.

 

What contest are you talking about? I thought those character names, and item set-ups were random, and done by sega.....

 

SEGA held a contest to get your name and motto in the game, the winners are in the special sparring mode.

 

El Twelve was yours? that was my favorite IMO lol

I haven't tried the mode yet, but if Shaq Attaq or Lord Stell are in the game, then my work here is done.
