DOA Ultimate Online

With DOA:U having gone gold and apparently going to be in stores next week, I'd just like to know which people from here are going to be playing it on XBOX Live. yo OUTRUNNER, sorry i didn't notice your invite until it was to late. The seesion I was in was just so damn good I was completely concentration and watching everyones fighting style that I didn't notice the little icon in the corner. VF can easily be done online given they get some really talented programs like TEAM NINJA has.

 

Don't worry Konjou, I know when I'm in the middle of matches checking the friends list isn't possible, at least while winning. Seems like you're having a good time with this

I've had quite a bit of lag (but it is getting better since I started creating 4 player rooms) and it looks like my save file has been corrupted. If I don't break the disc in half I guess I'll just be playing this game without the unlockables and standard outfits

 

I've had some horribly laggy matches and some perfect matches. Pretty good fun so far though. I like how they changed up the mid counters. Haven't really seen too much counter whoring online yet...now the CPU is another story. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

 

Has the characters been given any new moves or tweaks?

First time poster..first time reader..first time VF player...

Well has anyone played DOA Ultimate online yet? I was wondering what type of lag it would have(DSL connection)
and same thing for Halo 2.

 

I don't know about DOA, but my friend says that Halo online is so pathetic, you have to wait 10 minutes to play a 2 minute game. that really is pathetic.

 

DOAU online is pretty good. I always play in a 4 player room and the lag is usually not a problem and you don't have to wait 10 minutes for your turn.

 

So what character does everyone use? I use Ein and will probably try to pick up Gen Fu since he fights like Akira. Akira is my favorite on VF4:Evo.

i think i saw your profile online once. Except it said just BLACULA i think. I pretty much only use Bass. I use Jahn Lee and Hitomi a little, but the way thinks are looking, I will most likely be using Bass only. He is the only character I am feeling right now. Plus I get a kick out of watching people run from me if I can get a nice rhythem going. Last night I kill someone in like 10 seconds 3 rounds straight. He called my Bass a fat cheap pig and quit before i could finish the last combo in round 3 to kill him. /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!

HA HA HA. It's funny when people do that, not realiazing that they can't escape the loss because 1) you will finish beating the living snot out of them 2) for leaving the match, they are still a LOSER. /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

 

I quit this game as soon as a I got back to playing my VF, it was fun for the 3 days worth... now what to do with this xbox live that I purchased for a year... /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

 

So who are the popular characters online? I like that ninja girl, lol I forgot her name. The one that spins around alot. Haven't played the game since part 2. I also like Tina, she's wicked.
