Dragon kick {d/b+k) w/sarah

    I've been able to do a Knee --- dragon kick, and the person gets popped up - but I can not seem to get anything consistently after that - maybe with Pai or against Sarah a punch or two...are there any guaranteed follow ups?

    it might hit after a small dash forward...PPP, k-flip
    hits on the right terrain. There are many possible
    things to try after a knee, dragon cannon but you will
    find, I think, that a high pounce will always hit and
    is therefore what you are looking for: A guarantee.
