Eileen VF5FS Version A Change Log

    [P][3][P][K] - On side hit, hits are no longer continuous.

    [4][6][P] - Technique avoids opponent’s technique was made more difficult.

    [9][P] - Hardening difference was changed. Properties pertaining to the technique (post execution) were changed. Technique avoids opponent’s technique was made more difficult. G:-5 -> -8

    [6][6][K] - Hardening difference was changed. 1st part damage was changed:16 → 15. 2nd part damage was changed:15 → 10. Strike attack active frame was changed.

    [3][P][+][K] - Hardening difference was changed. Properties pertaining to the technique (post execution) were changed. H:-3 -> -4

    [1][P][+][K] - Properties pertaining to the technique (post execution) were changed. Technique avoids opponent’s technique easier.

    [1][P][+][K][P] - Hit effect was changed. Technique avoids opponent’s technique easier. Properties pertaining to the technique (post execution) were changed. CH:+2 -> Stagger

    [6][P][+][K][+][G] - Reduced the sideway distance movement.

    [2][P][+][K][+][G][P] - Technique avoids opponent’s technique was made more difficult.

    [8][P][+][K][+][G][P] - Hit effect was changed.

    [2][1][4][P][P][P] - Hardening difference was changed. Hit effect was changed. G:-13 -> -10; H:-1 -> +4

    (zenkuuhon)[3][K] - Related to command input.

    (zenkuuhon)[P][+][G] - Properties pertaining to the technique (post execution) were changed.

    (back turned)[2][K] - Hit effect was changed.

    [6][P][+][G][6] - Cannot be thrown time was adjusted.

    [6][P][+][G][2]or[8] - Cannot be thrown time was adjusted.

    Above is the list of moves that were adjusted in Version A (From AM2's Website). The purpose of this thread is to keep a record of the changes to later update FS command lists (based on the Masters Guide). Note: "Hardening Difference" refers to actual frame change related to the attack being guarded (GD), hit opponent(H), or counter hit opponent (CH).

    Edit: Added additional information from Lettuce's Blog (mainly the actual frame changes to execution of a move and the "hardening differences."

    I'd really like to know how the frames were changed, and what these adjustments are. So far the changes I've seen I'm not a fan of [​IMG]. Booo

    Actual frame data (at least some) will come after I get through all the character version A logs up.

    As it is with all of the command lists I'm posting, final frame data is unconfirmed. This will hopefully not be the case by the time of the console releases. The command list I'm posting now is from akai's recorded data. I've added what I know of Eileen's Version A changes along with some of my own touches.


    VF5:FS Eileen's Command List (Version A)


    The first of these touches is a color coding scheme representing guaranteed situations. The colors denote the following:

    Red - Guaranteed Knee Situation

    Orange - Guaranteed Side Kick Situation

    Yellow - Guaranteed Elbow Situation

    Green - Guaranteed Jab Situation

    Blue - Guaranteed Throw Situation


    The second touch I've added is the information found under the "SideData" tab. This information represents the frame situations on side guard, hit, and counter hit respectively.

    As the log thread really is for those interested in updating FS move lists, I will just make this one post instead of spamming multiple posts: The original posts for all the characters (except JE and SA) are being updated within minutes of each other the actual frame changes made from original Final Showdown to Version A (there are still some stuff that the exact change is not known, but will be fixed when the console version is available.

    Updated "Down" to relevant hit effect. I've also adjusted the frames based on akai's post and large and small bounds to notes.
    I'll be watching lots of vids to double check stuff over the next week or so.
    I'm not sure about Eileens [8][P]+[K]+[G] [K]. I think it foot crumples on hit, but am unable to confirm this as no one uses this move. Does anyone else know?
