EVO Aoi question

In EVO, what can Aoi NOT reverse? I've heard that she can reverse anything, I've heard she can't reverse everything, so I'd like to know for sure.

 

She can reverse all crescents, all double limbed moves,headbutts etc. basically all the stuff they made a point of not letting you reverse before. she cant reverse jumping punches and kicks i believe thats basically it.

 

Her YY stance can reverse some jumping attacks...
just as useless knowledge I guess.

What I'm really looking for is a list of all the attacks she CAN'T reverse.

 

man if its in your a charatcers moves list and it isnt an ascending p or k she can reverse it. unless its a throw

 

I just remembered, about jumping attacks, I heard somewhere that against Pai's +, definitely a jumping attack, she ends up parrying it. Thus, if there are things she can't reverse or parry with [something]++, I'd like a list.

 

it has to be the ascending attacks like u+k hold k hit k while your moving up then she cant reverse. otherwise every move she can reverse. like shuns uf+p he jumps but its not an ascending attack so she can reverse or shuns ff+p+k a flying headbutt where he jumps and yet she can reverse. the ascending moves aka the u+k hold k to jump release kick are the only sub caterrgories of moves she cant. CLEAR NOW?

 

yes, the swallow kicks are parried...tested this out with kbcat once...was kinda of neat to see, but the advantage afterwards is nothing to brag about. I'd say it's nitaku after the parry.

Can she reverse moves like Kages u+p+k? or his t,t+k+G or t,t+P+K+G?

 

Aside from the single swallow kick, which barely leaves the floor, and maybe a handful of moves just like it (kage's uf+K?) ... she can't touch jumping/hopping attacks. No buttbombs, akuma dives, or cannonballs

I wonder if she can reverse jeffry's low headbutt rising attack.
She probably can't reverse kage's f,f+P+K+G or f,f+K+G either, since those are major airborne moves.

 

Actually for those moves, the "reversal" is a canned evade that's very similar to her YY stance evade. She uses that for several attacks (shun's mule kick rising, shun's regular mule kick, shun's diving headbutt, kage's f,f+K+G (I think that's the one I reversed)) While I haven't reversed Jeff's headbutt rising attack, since she actually has a damage reversal against Jeff normal headbutt, I'd imagine it'd be the same for the rising.

I have reverse the head butt la...

it's for reversing the rising head butt,
I use the to get my opp to the situation,

and ...bang..

My Aoi turn aside and with a well hit hand-chop on the neck of Jeff....

Actually it's the same motion for reversal of regular head-butt.

After breaking the heart of my opp...
I follow up with a ground throw ...(though seems not gurantee, hehe)

The name is called " Thousand-birds " for this technique.

 

Um...reversing the regular headbutt is ++...not . I'm very sure of that.
