EVO common items?

I fought several different opponents in Quest who wear a glowing blue armlet. When they move/attack, the armlet leaves a trail of blue light. Pretty cool eye candy if you ask me. Is this somekind of 'common' item? Meaning, that all characters can get it? If yes, how? Is the way to get it the same too for all characters?

Also, I fought several opponents who have a funny-looking little doll on them. These doll mostly (from what I've seen from the opponents I'd faced) hanging/dangling on my opp. leg, like they're hugging it. Though the type of dolls are different between characters, is the method getting it the same? Or are they somekind of dunce items?

you are talking about <font color="yellow">glowing brace</font>. this item is avaiable for every character. to obtain that brace you have to finish "mission practise" in training => trial mode.

yes. these items are curse items. here you can find ways to get them.
