Without access to his frame data I can't really see what he has to deal with. It might be worth mentioning that when Kamaage was on shoutbox yesterday he linked a couple of tier lists for R. One of which was done by Homestay and Joseph. Anyway, the one Kamaage said was the most balanced tier list looks like this:

xx and reload maybe, but from slash on the game has been very well balanced.

ggac tier lists from 06 to present. note how only two characters have stayed in the same tier throughout the game's lifespan (eddie at the very top, johnny at the very bottom). also of note; 2009 sbo grand finals had a team of johnny, zappa and bridget.

Kevin is definitely up there at top tier but personally I believe Jenet is up there with him.

Have you ever played a really good Jenet?

Windballs, normal moves and air down kicks basically can just put you in block stun for the whole round.

I used to play Garou extensively with this 1 amazing French player who notably had a japanese level (maybe even higher actually, I don't even see japs as good as this guy) Jenet.

I would give GG series a look but there's no online community (it was only online on original xbox, right?)

You lot can moan as much as you want about lag but end of the day it's better than playing quest mode lol.

I'll give u 98um, ggac(even though i was told that slayer was busted), and even garou(with the exception of gato's instant power gauge trick), but ngbc is not as balanced due to the infinites and damn near full life combos... Haohmaru shines in that game... The Jin twins had corner infinites that could either guarantee a KO or TO... Tung Fu Rue (one of my mains) is pretty much a tank in that game... Plus his mash p move eats so many hits whether or not its from a super... I think there's only a few moves that can stop him, but I can't remember... Supposedly Shermie was broken, but I was also told she was low tier... Anyone able to clear that up please do... Can't wait til it drops on xbla...
