Been playing several hours now, god-DAMN the single player durability is even better than the classic!! /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I simply expected the same Kumite mode from classic!! /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Hyper fighting is a-w-e-s-o-m-e just do the combo! P

 

meh, went to P2W today and pwned some peeps on the arcade anyway, so i'm not that bothered that i have to wait till tomorrow..

 

Yeah its almost too adictive.Have you tried out the iron match thing on the far right place?Then theres hyper battle and loads more, plus the crazy quest challanges..... win 2 fights without guarding at all.....5 combos over 70 damage.There easy enough at the mo as I played vf 4 to death but I can see them getting well tricky.Does anyone know the ranking path ?And before you ask NO I haven't tried searching for it yet.I'm 5 th Dan at the mo but I've fought ranks called veterans which is different from last time though hero and champion remain.Ranking up is a lot easier as well as now you can choose to play in an area populated by same rank opponents instead of just crossing your fingers! /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

 

Do Europian games working in un-modified american ps2s?

Nope, European PAL and NTSC type discs are both bound by region encoding, unless you have modchipp, fliptop, etc. you might have to wait until August 12th.... /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif

While PAL is the "standard" for most European consumers and outlet retailers, there are also a minority that use NTSC, those who watch American programming etc......

I know some games (might be illegal) were PAL/NTSC compatible, so people could play on any system regardless of region decoding.

Go to Yahoo and you can find a bunch of articles about PAL and NTSC use in Europe and Asia.

Oh BTW, I watch NBC and CNN just fine in PAL.

Commonly meaning that it is not the only one used there, plain and simple.

This is a company that rents out NTSC equipment to broadcasters who need to shoot footage in Europe so that they can save on shipping their own equipment to and fro the US.

NOBODY in their right mind would use Never The Same Colour standard over here when we have a superior format called PAL.

 

What relavance is there in the link you provided?? Did you even bother to go to the link before you made the post? You are going deeper and deeper in to the hole that is called "Troll's cave"... I hope soon that everyhting takes a shift from PAL to NTSC (that is PAL). Several European companies are trying this out currently, like some sort of marketing capaign/sample distribution.

 

probably, never work, ... way too much hassle, everybody should have agreed on PAL right back when europe chose it.. after all, it IS better quality.... ISSS
