EX2 Arcade stick Issue

I bought one yesterday and my head set seems to pick up noise even when I'm not saying anything. Am I they only one with this problem? I use a wired mic, the one that comes in the Pro Bundle. It works fine on my controller.

 

Mine worked fine until I kicked the crap out of it.My Issue with the damn stick is the LT RT A buttons work when they feel like it.

 

I'm sorry but that has nothing to do with my head phone issue. Do you have that problem?

 

I think I get the same issue... you can hear a little static coming through the headset. I find that if I just twist the volume knob down a little bit, like a quarter turn or so, it'll get rid of the static, and I can still hear people fine if they actually want to talk.
