fighting dural

    I have a 434-17 record and all the spheres but I still didn't get to fight dural. Do you have to be a grandmaster or high king to fight Dural? If I beat him in kumite, will I be able to select him in vs. mode.

    I met him as a Thunder God.. 3 down from Emperor.
