Finding an arcade machine

Hey guys. I've been playing the PS3 version and loving it, but I'm desperately in need of some human competition. Is there any kind of website where I could search for VF machines in my area? The only real arcade near me was booted out of the mall, so now I have nowhere that I know of to play.

 

What area you in?

Unless you're in Japan, don't expect to ever find a VF5/FT machine and I only know of one Evo machine and it is in SF in the shitty Meteron.

Your best option is to look for players near you or get your friends into this.

 

I'm in Allentown PA, which is like 40 mins outside of Philly. Like I said, they recently took the arcade out of the mall, so now I have nowhere to play any kind of fighting game. I've searched, but found nothing.

I had no idea that the US didn't have any VF5 machines. that kinda sucks balls. I guess I'm just gonna have to start my own scene.

 

Post in the Match Making forum to see if there are any players in your area.

that is what we are trying to do in houston: start our own scene...coming along well with two events now under our belt!

 

there are a few people in/near philly that use this site. look for the "Any PA players" post in the match making forum.

 

I'm in DC....a little while from Philly, but once I get my RAP3 in...perhaps I would be willing to travel for some hardcore VF5 competition. Too bad no way to bring along my customized character.....is anyone working on a way to rectify this? somesort of mod messing w/ the save data on the HDD?
