FIU Tournament in Miami, Fl.

To anyone in Florida, there's going to a tournament held on Dec. 2. VF4: Evo is being offered if we can get enough people to show up (At least 8) and there's going to be lots of other games there too.

Well, we had a decent turn out, about 7 to 8 people showed up. The results, in case anyone's interested:

1st: Ladon (Lion, Shun)
2nd: tonyfamilia (Brad, Shun, Dural /versus/images/graemlins/lol.gif)
3rd: Christian Lam (Lei Fei)

There were a lot of heated fights, and it was best 2 out of 3 matches, Double Elimination. This placement list doesn't really do the tourney any justice! Thanks for showing up everyone! /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

 

When is there gonna be another one?

 

It's unsure at the moment, our scene really isn't big down here, but VF5 will definitely get some attention, so we might see something. There is a Really Big Event in Southern California happening soon which may interest you, and that'll have all sorts of stuff happening, including a tourney.

If you hear of anything local, please post it here!
