    rofl, this is the video from the beginning of Kakuto Sinseki II yes?

    This was a video that was running in the fore grounds of a large (Sega hosted) tournament called Kakuto Sineki II, which is (right?) what the text says at the end.

    There are several videos from this competition that are all not matches, such as the hyper battle combos, goofy clips of Oshu and Napolean spliced with VF matches, and some exhibition matches of VF 10th anniversary.

    But yes, this is one of Sega's cooler VF video creations, and would have made an excellent video intro for Evolution on the PS2.
