It`s a Korean Limited Edition of the game for the Xbox360 and it is limited to 555 copies worldwide. The limited edition contains the game itself and buttons. It will only play on japanese systems.

I'm in the same boat as Mister. Man why didn't Sega make a limited edition like this for the US? Closest we got to that is the cheap hori stick with VF stickers.

Too bad. Custom sanwa/semitsu buttons like that would make this purchase a no-brainer! Really cool looking set though.
