For those of you with JP VF4Evo...

You can now get your hands on the coveted 10th anniversary disc!

It is being packaged with a special Famitsu publication called "Virtua Fighter 10th Anniversary - The Memory of Decade." It'll be available December 4 for 3300 yen (about $30). There should be some other tasty VF series-related goodness packaged with it as well, including a DVD video... sounds like it has MUST PURCHASE written all over it!

I think this is also going to be the dvd that includes footage from the recent trip that Shu/Kyasao/Shinjuku Jacky/ and the famitsu crew took to NYC recently...

 

your right srider! according to kyasao, something from the NYC event will make it to the disc. But I highly doubt it will be alot. I am sure our claim to fame will only last a few seconds at the most. As flattered as they were with us, and with all the fun they had. I can't see them filling up that disk with alot of footage of us. I bet if Lupid or who ever was organizing this disk could have it there way. Maybe we would stand a chance, but since the dicision probably comes from someone else. I am sure they don't really care about the US VF scene. So to not take a risk of the dvd not selling well. I am sure there will be more japanese related stuff on that dvd. But here is to hoping I am wrong, and even if our claim to fame is only 20 seconds or so. It's 20 seconds that the U.S. has never had in the eyes of japan. Although all on N.A. best was not there. I think we represented well and we will continue to represent even better in future events to come.
