Frame stats for cancels into FL/Step?

    Hey, all; anybody got frame stats for the cancels into FL by any chance, or how long it takes to get into Step?

    I'm particularly curious how long it takes to get into stance from a 4k+g(g) cancel but all of them would be good to know.

    As far as Step, the command list has it at 40 frames but I think that's the entire animation; so far I don't think I've found any situation where Step p actually beats anything, though I need to test more. Are you better off from say a 3pk p+k+g than say a FL k(g) p+k+g? Do you need to counter hit?

    Implies you can very quickly cancel 4k+g(g) from some moves into Flamingo. Also, someone indicates the cancel speed for 4k+g(g) to be 7 frames "naked", suggesting your fastest attack from an open cancel would be at 18 frames (FL K). Still not bad at range, and you could get out a FL 3k/2k at 24 frames, so not really worse than a Slide K. Anybody know if this stuff holds in FS?
