FS Release Date Anounced-Jun 2 (April Fool's Day)

#$%! ASdsadfedasf GUYS IT'S FINALLY COMING! We've been waiting for years on a new Console update for VF and it's finally here! At first I couldn't believe my eyes because it coincides with the Road to Evo tournament in Seattle. Now I imagine that FS will be there for sure and there is no need to bring a arcade cabinet there since we can download the game that day, I'll still be going though! Obviously take work off too, this is good timing for students since it's early summer!

I'm definitely going to be buying both versions 1st day no questions about it as well as DLC if it's available.

 

This actually sounds believable, given the day it was announced.

Guess I can't do my April Fools about this mode being a console exclusive now

 

Every time I see this video I can't help but think what a great game this would make. Even as a dlc bonus or something.

 

I still reckon it'll be one of the License Battles. No joke.

 

Honestly, I think it would be terribly unplayable. I'll bet they'd put the video in the console release's options menu, or something of the sort.

 

Last year when they announced that Sega registered "Final Showdown" for consoles, I was thinking of Photoshopping a picture of the Virtua Tennis logo and adding "Final Showdown" to it. Missed my chance...

 

Couldn't hurt to make it, anyway. I'm going to make a commercial that parodies Virtua Tennis, even if it isn't shot before the game's release.
