Fundamentals

So, couple questions, is it possible to eteg after receiving a MC 2p? is it effective? I'm just now getting to the point where I might be able to react in time for it... but i never was able to pull one off today... i do know its possible to throw escape from it... but not sure if an evade will actually work in that situation... anyone happen to know?
are there situations where you dont have time to pull off an evade? if so, what are they?

 

ETEG is possible in that situation, but its not very easy, cause you need to react fast and have little time to prepare for it.

You can always do an evade unless opponent can do guaranteed damage and actually does it (like -11 for PK). Even in -11, if opponent goes for like knee instead you can still evade it.. etc
