    Yes... yes... and probably.

GGX2 is the deepest 2D fighter I've played in ages. Much like VF, it's really difficult for different skill levels to play each other (as in beginners have no chance against an expert or even intermediate player). With loads of depth, it is THE 2D fighter series to beat. Also, Mission mode is possible, just really difficult. My favorite one is beating Gold Johnny... that was fun.

Roman and False Roman cancels are the first advanced stuff I worked on... after that I'm currently working on jump installing (which for me is essentially the same as using Akira and pulling off md-dbl-plms left and right CONSTANTLY -- it's really hard on my thumbs).

Sol is currently my main character (I gave up on Kilff... he's too weak! I can't believe he's weaker (guts-wise) than Chipp!). Each of the characters has loads of distinct statistics (making each play very differently even disregarding move properties) and special moves that link into each other fairly well (Slayer and Zappa are notable exceptions while Sol and Testament are on the other end of the spectrum).

Note: Justice is still a bitch. Sol is the coolest character. And nothing makes me laugh in fighting games more than Chipp's shuriken.... Sashimi! Holy Zen! That... and SC2's Xianghua's tantrum... heheh... most idiotic and embarassing kills ever.

Anybody outside the std roster, namely Kliff, Justice, Robo Ky and the Ex/Gold/Shadow characters aren't in the serious play, as they aren't particuarly balanced. Esp Justice. Personally, I think most of the Ex characters are ok for play, but I'm still a scrub in this game, too. Kliff does have the lowest HP in the entire game, but he can do some insane damage and near infinite combos. There's an insane Kliff combo vid on gamecombos somewhere. Plus that big huge blade of his, is one huge invunerable hit box. Just think about that for a moment. X_X I think of Kliff as the Akuma of the game.

Yeah, I kind of equate IADs with VF modified moves, too.

Yeah, Sol is a lot of fun- uber shotoness. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif Makes Ken look purty tame. Me, I just love Potemkin. I think I want a stuffed Potemkin plush doll for next Christmas or something. /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Oh, I'm talking pre-Reload. Haven't even played Reload.

    step 2: ......
step 3: profit...... WAIT, I mean they are dizzy and as such, INSTANT KILL.

Baiken is a hotastic and wonderful bitch that just got back from Maryland and is ready for some good old fashioned ASS kicking at Ohayocon and Josh's bday BOOM, later gangstas

just know that if you successfully hit with kliff's forward + p twice, you dizzy your opponent. Non combo speaking of course (it's techable)

ah... just like Zangief's head butt.. thx for the info. sounds like it's easy to avoid though, but still good to know. i usually just do some air combo after the f+p. i wonder if that quick dizzy works on all characters, though (i.e., does it work upto characters like Potemkin who have a large dizzy resistance).

If the f+P hits on counter, it's untechable. To make sure it dizzies, hit them LATE as they fall from the first one or sometimes it won't dizzy. And Kliff's f+P has rediculous invincibility, even more so than other ones since he is so small lol.
