Going to Japan May,15th thru June 5th.

I'll be staying in kanagawa-ken, sagamihara May,15th thru June 5th and should be able to go almost anywhere if time allows. Please post back if your a student there, native or somebody going around this time.

I got your message, and yeah, I should be there in May, on the 20th. From what I understand, I'll be in Tokyo (Shimokitazawa) until the 25th, then I'll be heading down to Kochi in the shouth for a few days, then I'll be coming back up north, spending the next couple weeks in Tokyo and Sendai.

You should hit me with your digits before you go, and I'll call you when I'm there. Also, if you want to know the hot spots for VF, I know a few, but some people on the board (Zero Chan?) know where to go every night of the week to find the Junkies.

I hope we can hang out, but I have to say I'm usually pretty busy over there, squeezing in VF when I can. Nevertheless, I'm sure we can hook up.

Hey guys--I'm going to be in Tokyo next week!!!!!!!!! For a couple weeks I think, and probably stretches of a week or so afterwards over the next two months. Unfortunately it's for work reasons so I don't know how much playing time I'll have...but here's to hoping.

No idea where I'm going to be or my number there...but if you guys have a number PM it to me and I'll try to get in touch when I get there.

i'm near Shibuya, and hate to say it, but definitely will not be in Machida anytime soon. Just too damn far! Why don't you guys hit the city?

 

I have literally been working 18 hours a freaking day!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't moved from the 200m radius box around my hotel and office building in Akasaka! I have only eaten hotel restaurant food (admittedly not bad), the two ramen shops nearby, and sandwhiches! And Pizza from Pizza-Lo! (Eating pizza in Japan...now THAT'S sad).

But I think I should be able to get out this weekend, will give you a call. Friday night at Kanispo or has Nishispo completely taken over?

Kaminari, given my schedule, Machida might be out of reach. Why not Shinjuku or Shibuya? The comp is plenty good.

 

Dude - I work in Akasaka, most likely within a 5 min. walking distance from each other. Cha is in the same area, but works his bag off, so I rarely see him.

Also, there's an arcade in Akasaka we can swing by if you can only get away for an hour or so. If not, then definitely the weekend.

im back in Tokyo now after my Shikoku tour, and after having spent a few hours in shinjuku tonight, all I have to say is people here are much more into machi/cheap play than in Shikoku!
