Social Ruin, nice stuff, such a strong monk. I know when to interrupt, but actually doing it is tougher. I think i'm making you play more honest because you there were a lot less wholes in your defense. Last time we played, I just patiently waited to mule kick you, this time you didn't let it go down like that. always getting stronger! it'd be scary to see where you'd be if you played more than a few times a week anymore.

good games. For the record, I am not a dmpk enthusiast. As a matter of fact, it was with a great lack of enthusiasm that I used it quite so much against you. But those first 2-3 games you were killing me with those standard, linear flow charts. 9p 2p then that elbow, or elbow 2p 9p, or any other variation of the 9p 2p flow charts you were using!! and throw mix ups in that too boot. I tried, at first, to evade and punish, but due to lag, or very slight intentional delays on your part (impossiblt to tell) none of all of my evades werer failing, so finally i reverted to doing dmpk. it worked, and it would clash with your throws. Had evade worked (as it should have) i would have much preferred evade 236p floater and punish.

either way, i was just trying to force you out of your stock flows and move the game into a direction i could be more successful in. Sorry it annoyed you, but still damn strong lau and good matches. I would say to watch the 9p 2p set up, that shit over and over and over is every bit as bad/annoying as dmpk. hope to play again soon.

 

Shao, I do try to delay a lot of pokes. Playing with Jeff has made me a lot better at this. But I have no answer for DMPK. Beats throw, beats attack. It is hard enough to get close enough to start poking at Shun, since his strings totally confuse me. You seem like a nice guy but...

hey GGS man. intense!! yeah after like 30mins I lost my focus, and stop working on anti Happyfriend tactics. But now you know one of the things i was using against you Our next matches should be interesting. I just don't know how to keep my focus for longer than 30 mins now. maybe cause I play less now, I don't know. any tips?? BTW I wanted to save some of those matches but I didn't want to stop for a second. next time we play I will try to save a few.

Oh no! I am too oblivious to notice the anti-HF tactics, but whatever they are, I am opposed to them on principle! I do notice that you are patient and once you start kicking I end up on the ground more often than not. I try to mix up levels, delays, throws. And my cleverest strategy is to use good range moves at range and good close moves when close. And vs flamingo I try to alternate whether i poke you out of it or whether I evade. Results are mixed.

I know, I know. I been pissing around with too many characters lately, i've had a few similar msgs.

Basically, there are 14 Vf characters that i dont have the first clue what the hell they are doing, so i figured the best way would be to use them for a while and learn their basics, then i can pick a main or two. Unfortunately this has resulted in me playing shit /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif , but a more knowledgable shit /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazy.gif.
So if anyone here knows a better way please share 'cause this way is breaking my brain. I was trying to do a giant swing with Goh last night /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cry.gif

haven't posted on here in a while but good games to kingofvf4, jorjo, schakal81, assassinCP, ultralewis, darthminion, morphost, methylidene, borisofwales(ace progress mate!), grusselgrosser and marlyjay.......and cheers for the perseverance - I know i can be frustrating to play at the mo, whilst I'm still getting used to my stick....much appreciated guys.

I like to have the VFDC wiki open when i play i set vs someone. Then i can reference moves of theirs that are giving me problems. It is an easy way to learn some frames and seems to stick with ya more than just looking at frames with no real reference point or any visual support. Hope it helps.

NuclearRaven's KA: Me and you on the mic lol. Don't worry about losing 7-0 to me, I mean I'm not that good but I'm not shit either. Facing your KA I can tell your not comfortable with him at all, I recommend you watch how other kage's play and read the strategy guide in depth. Um yeah I am that bad. Yeah I got an excellent and I won 2 rounds in some matches but it doesn't matter when you can't close out the fight. I don't know what I'm gonna do but I gotta figure it out fast.

Srry guys if i was playing kinda annoying (more so than usual). I wan't reacting/adapting very well, and felt i was kinda mindlessly running setups out rather than reading and reacting.
