Sorry man, the thing is that I was on the phone with towing company when we played yesterday, and they were going to tow away the car as long as I said yes.(I didn't request the company to do that 2 days ago because I thought that asshole might be in emergency, and that's the reason he occupied my assigned parking)
My phone line was busy so the apartment manger drop by right after. Maybe next time I shouldn't do anything when I play online~~LOL

I think you can register but you aren't able to receive the prize even you win the tournament. However, I believe you still
can get the traveling check which is $250 just like every player does~~ But the most serious thing is VF5 probably not available in WCG anymore....

oh, thanks man! GGs we need to get some more games in asap!

GG to masaRed. We always seem to play for like three hours. lol for some reason when I play you I am totally calm. I am not saying I don't have to work to beat you or what ever, I am just saying playing you is like Tai Chi. it relaxes my spirit but makes me stronger. :p thanks for playing me so much!

ggs rikojang. This guy plays a lot of characters at a high level.

Although i have to say, to the people who say he is better than denkai, and flash, etc and the other strong american players...i know he's the mythical "foreign" player but our american players are stronger.

After playing him for about 45 minutes i certainly won more than i do against our american elite. So at least vs me, they are stronger. That said, rikkojang is a beast!

Hey GE, I didn't know you had a mic. I thought I heard your voice at the beginning of our session once but wasn't sure. Dude we definitely need to play again with chat. [IMG]

Rikojjang is from Korea, and he is way better than any American player I've played, no offence to anyone, honestly.

But the fact that he's in South Korea and you're (social_ruin) are in the mid-west(?) -- or at least further east than the west coast) -- tells me the lag must such that you're getting away with more than you ought to which might lead you to think that way.

Online, especially with lag(!), is never a good indication of someone's skill.

That is an assumption. Truth is he is getting away with more than he ought. Mad throw clashes on his -12 moves, and a bunch of other screwy shit. I actually factored that in. Not only does he not pose as much of a challenge (i.e. beat me as badly) as our top-tier but he is very aggressive and punishers that should (statistically) work, do not work after i block his moves.

On the other hand, it seems as tho he may have taken a while away from the game, but that too is an assumption.

I'll give you my penny, and take it right back from you. How valuable is my penny, anyways? Hell, I bet you didn't even notice my effort in the first place.

ggs to GT for our laggy ewgf spam matches. Interesting.

great games to weiand that Jeffrey is nasty and since I have no real experience against jeffreys of his level or better in a very long time regardless I gave him good fight and I really want to see more of him. Good games to All star 804 and your Brad as well. Grusselgrosser had my number this time after I had an easier time last time. Great games mentions to Dr Familia, it was a great learning lesson and I really enjoy your Lau. You have a unique style to him that makes him stand out. I have been working on my offense since the last time but some of my imputs were screwing up taking away from my offensive flow some but that isn't any excuse, you kicked my butt big time. My defense is my biggest weakness but I do have my good points once in a while. If I play people like you I am sure my defensive issues could be resolved if I play people like you more often.

You can actually say he belongs to Top 5 in Korea. And based on my experience, I put him on the level as Yosuke~
I'm also curious how much different between Japan and Korea players this time in WCG. Well, maybe I should say how much further that Korean top players need to reach~ Let's see~

I will play your Brad again soon, but my dominance over the shoo shoo is ephemeral and illusory.

And yeah, my game is all about the mixups - finding out what a player can't defend or isn't defending. That is why I find it really frustrating to play against the (small handful) of guys who have done all their research and put in all the time in dojo - with serious (pathological?) investments of time and effort, one can use defensive techniques to subvert or greatly complicate the guessing games of VF.

Anyway, it was fun playing your Lau with my Jeff. Lau seemed so familiar, yet different... I realize that his jumonji stance kinda sucks to deal with...

I was surprised at how little I felt the lag considering where Rikojang hails from - it was there but wasn't as crippling as some stateside connections seem. That said, he is phenomenal. I was happy keeping him at 2 wins with my Jeff but his Akira eventually got really minimal and right on frame and then strung me for 9.

one of the strongest players I've faced no doubt. shame it was online but I'd never have fought him otherwise.

This has been bugging me since i first stepped on to the vfdc website.

Shadowlord, I'd love to hear what you have to say on the game, and who is giving you good games and why. But you do too much block wall of text posting.

Please try to break it up with line breaks, like what you see in my reply, and the quoted section of happy friend below. It makes posts much more digestible. Just a suggestion, take it or leave it. [IMG]

Honestly not trying to be a dick, trying to be helpful :thumbs up:

Sometimes 1 bar with Asia is actually better than 2 bars in US, that doesn't make sense.

I find that at least 75% of the time a 2bar is better than 3bar connection for me. 3bar is strange. It is either really good, or (and usually) stallingly, haltingly bad.
