Guaranteed Throw Moves

Are there any FAQs on what exactly are all the character's guaranteed throw moves? I keep seeing them discussed in Dojos and move analysis', but haven't seen one complete list.

I don't think anyone's made a list, but you can easily see it character by character... go to VFDC's version C movelist for any given character and click the "GRD" header at the top of that column. It'll sort the moves according to how many frames ahead/behind you are after the attack is blocked. Everything at -8 frames and above (by above I mean a higher negative number, you probably knew that) is throw counterable.

Of course there are exceptions... some moves recover low, others push you too far back to be throwable, some recover on the ground.

With all that in mind, I'm still working on the throw faq (just 4 characters done) and when it's done, I'll mention all the significant moves that are throwable for each character.
