I got problems with guard, if someone punches me middle and I guard he still hits me, same as high punches someone knows what i'm doing wrong?

well, it could be three things -

    1. You just did a move that leaves you in a large "stun state." For example, your opponent block your "big, unsafe" attack, in which if he is fast enough to react, he/she can get guarantee damage with fast attacks.

    or

    2. You press /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif too late.

    or

    3. Your guard button is broken.

I agree, timing the guard is key. If you block too long, faster attacks can punish you. Different characters have different defensive options—Kage and Lei-Fei play differently in defense. Frame data is crucial for punishing, but don’t get too defensive or you'll get overwhelmed. Sometimes, you need to take risks and go on the offense.
