How do i access new outfits?

Sorry for being a noob, i did a search and went through the documents section too. I read in ranking guide that you get first outfit at 9th kyu, so after doing so how does one select that outfit? I play on VF4evo in cali. thanks in advance

 

If you're talking about Evo. The first color change comes at 5th kyu. You'll just get the color change, you can't select it. The second color change comes at first dan. After that, I've heard that all color changes, items, and the like require VFnet connection and registration.
