    If it's anything like VF3...

    b, d + P + G
    f, f + P
    (d), f + P

Getting in the double palm seems comparable to getting in Kage's knee after a TFT.

Actually..u'll never get the combo to work by doing dashing elbow

U'll need to do the super dashing elbow instead...

n then buffer in the double palm~

I thought it is Single Palm after ST, not SDE???

Anyways, this has been talked about in:
    <a target="_blank" href=http://virtuafighter.com/versuscity/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=versus&Number=23213&Search=true&Forum=versus&Words=Akira%20AND%20Modifying&Match=And&Searchpage=0&Limit=25&Old=allposts&Main=23147>Akira And modifying.</a>

The technique is called "modifying". Read Creed's first post in that thread (It is the first post) and you can learn more about it.

Hmmmm...from the vids I've seen, it doesn't look like the 2nd part knocks the opponent down, which is what a super dashing elbow does.

Just check a move list to know for sure.

That's what is meant by modifying a Double Palm; you basically enter the command of the crouch-dash while another move is connecting, so that you are considered crouching when that moves finishes, and you can just enter b, f, P for the double palm. In other words, you have to buffer in the crouch dash to do a double palm without actually pressing down to crouch.

I'm not sure this combo require this, but If U don't managed to do it with standard modified DoublePlam, try to input a back crouch Dash (db,db) instead of the croush dash for the modified Doublepalm,.

Indeed soome combos require to do a back crouch dash modified DP in order to connect, once u get used to modified moves try the eat-your-bar following combo:
Soulder Ram, P, Shoulder Ram (modified),Double Palm ("backModified")
    The input is :
    D,f+P+K, P, d/f,d/f, f+P+K, d/b,d/b, b,f+P
If U're playing on PS2 the CPU shows U this combo in one of the last trainning Trial.

ermm.. there isn't any combos that required back crouch dash.... actually any crouch dash works. it's mainly on preference, i can do all the combos using forward crouch dash and backward crouch dash.

The thingy is, u wouldn't see ur crouch dash...

crouching back dash is useful after moves such as elbow and sidekick.

I think you missed the point of his post... the idea is "Which is better for combos" ... crouch dash forward or crouch dash back.

PS: the post is six months old. Don't reply to these or I'll rip off your testes and dangle them from my car's rearview mirror.
