How do players rank in America? (good players reply only please)

Does anyone have some inputs on how US players rank? Please reponse only if you are a good player and know the game, and no japanese players please.
I know so far Lonelyfighter is ranked #12, Jerky is #15. It would be good to know how the rest of you think! No flamers or jokers.

Couple of things, do foreign influences count towards america cause Kazu and Maddy are up there really high, I think I'm about top ten regardless with the top ten in no order: IMF, Maddy, AdamYUKI, myself, Shou, Konjou Akira, Ghettoshun, and 3 other ppl somewhere that I can't think of off the top.

American players = learned/developed in the U.S., with U.S. competition/ U.S. scene (or the lack of), so maddy would count, kazu wouldn't. Namflow’s state before he defected to japan would count. Japanese influence is fair game because everyone has been influenced some ways.
So right now we have
Shou: top 3 (which really means #3)
Lonelyfighter: #12
Jerky: #15
Dre: Top 2 (which really means #2)
KTD: #10
