How do you get a picture under your post?

    The question is in the title.i saw some members having small and big pictures under them.how did they do .it.I realy want to know.Thanx

    Go here!

    [image]url[/image] = Puts the given url in an img src tag.

    Just right click on the image you want, and paste it where "url" is above.

    Under your 'My Home' section of Versus City, (up top near the main buttons for the site), go to the edit preferences and scroll down until you find signature.

    Just pase the whole "[image]url[/image] = Puts the given url in an img src tag" into the box where your signature goes.

    I have trouble with that,
    first I copy this "[image]url[/image] = Puts the given url in an img src tag"
    than I paste in signature box, than I paste a foto to change url.(the 1ste one or the 2second).

    anyone can help.
    and more details?

    try doing it in a Post. Like this [image]URL to the picture[/image]

    This means it has to be from a site. You can't use your own pics, unless you have your own page.

    under the page says I can use UBB code.
    I read more than 10 times FAQ, but still...........(My english is too crap)
    But why?

    Ogi, what exactly are you having a problem with? Are you talking about including a picture with your post (in your signature) or changing your profile picture (avatar)?

    Ogi, your question has already been answered in this thread.

    Go to "My Home" and Edit your personal information.

    Scroll down to this:

    "Signature (up to 255 characters). You may use UBBCode in your signature"

    and in the field where you have your signature, you may use an [image] code, and specify a working URL to the image. If you link to images that aren't on your own website, then please obtain permission first.

    Please keep in mind that the image should not be too large in filesize or in dimension (do not exceed 100 pixels height).

    LEARN, HOW, TO, READ! It has to be from a fucking site! Or your homepage (which is a site anyways). If you have a homepage, (fttp, or something else) upload the image and use it's URL. Just don't use images from your documents in windows or from your computer, THOSE DON'T WORK.

    First off, why the hell are you replying to and quoting yourself?!

    Secondly, if someone posts in this forum they're looking for help, and expecting a friendly response from one of the site mods. They aren't looking for you to shriek and swear at them in caps. You're probably responding to Ogi's recent request for help. If that's the case, you should learn to read yourself - his sig says "my english isn't so good". Therefore if he has any reading problems, it isn't necessarily because he's stupid or lazy.

    If you can't offer any help aside from !@*&LEARN TO READ%#&#T then fuck off and let someone who wants to help handle this question.

    PS: everyday go to school! /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif, no VF /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif
