How do you remove Brad Burns shirt?

There seems to be no way possible to take off brad burns black tank top shirt in his type B costume. I have seen videos online where people have the shirt removed in the type B costume. If anyone is intelligent enough to find out how to remove his shirt then please inform me. Thanks.

 

I may not be intelligent enough to find out, but I imagine the replays that you speak of are from Japanese arcades, where they get regular updates to items and costume combination's. I wouldn't know if you can get it in version B or C but hopefully the brad players might be able to help you.

 

I don't know if I'm intelligent enough to answer this, but as far as I remember, it was an item for a 5th dan, or Master, or whatever rank /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif
Or possibly an orb item. Anyway, it's been available for him even since ver.B on PS3, so I'm sure you can get it. That is... if you are intelligent enough to come up with "How".
