How do you use this stuff?

ok. I'm using Jacky and I just don't know how to use the items. I got the old VF1 character, training stage 1, and an old pose. the pose i can figure out, but how do you get the other two?

Old pose 1 / 2 = Hold G+P+K / P+K before pose-o-clock.
VF1 Character = Hold P+K when selecting character.
Training stage 1 / 2 = Located outside the normal levels during level select. Just keep pressing left or right.
