I hear they control excellenct and the button placing and feel is fantastic. However, i have yet to hear of the durability of the product. If i dropped it from a two-story window would it work? Seriously though, dumb characterrs like jacky cause me to throw things. /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif /versus/images/graemlins/mad.gif

I think practically nobody can answer to that question

since no one would want to draw the stick out of the

window to test it out. /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Seriously the stick is known for its durability. If you can

get used to the stick, it will be a good one for you.

I have the Hori Evo stick (my backup stick) and I haven't had any problems with it so far. I've only used it a few times, but it always seems to work pretty well. The only issue I have with it is the looseness of the stick and buttons. That might just boil down to personal preference though.

I have the same problem with the Hory stick, too.

The looseness of stick makes me hard to get used to

the hory stick, so instead I use other stick which is

manufactured by Pelican(someone might know it, but

I'd never heard of them before I bought the stick). It is a

pretty cheap one($19.99), but somehowI got used to

the stick and doing well with it.

I guess choosing the right stick depends much on

personal preference. The worst stick in the world could

be the right one for you depending on the situation.

I've had them for two months now, still work great.

They are fantasically durable, one of 'em came in a pretty roughed up packge, but was totally fine in the box, the other gets the crap shaken out of it in order to get the SpoD off a couple times, not once had it ever felt unstable.

It's plenty durable, it's taken a beating (given in a short amount of time) and has withstood plenty well. I highly recommend it. /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

How do the components in the Evo stick (or SC2) compare to a stick made with HAPP parts? I had an opportunity to get an Evo stick for $50 total, but I decided get a stick made by someone with Happ parts for $53 total. Sort of wish I got the Evo since the layout is like the arcade, but I like the 6 buttons on the other stick so I can play Tekken Tag. Also I thought a homemade one would be nice so I could maybe learn how to make one. Isn't it easier to modify a homemade one too?
