How to do double palm right after Reverse Body Ch?

    Hey guys, I have difficulty in doing /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif

    Is there a trick to do /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif right after /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif?

    I can't catch the timing. I always fail to do double palm or the opponent blocks my double palm.

    No tricks. No short cuts.

    It's all about the timing and buffering the input correctly.

    In training mode, set CPU to guard and keep practicing it until you get it.

    If you fail doublepalm you may start it bit too early. There is a slight pause and then after you need to buffer DbPm very very fast. In my opinion the timing is bit harder now than in VF4 (Double palm is slower so theres less room for error).

    Sometimes I ask me if the training time you must spend with this character is worth the effort.

    Really, though, the timing is tough. Alternately, you could just do /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif

    Well, that's why I like Akira, cause he has difficult inputs and it's more rewarding to pull out things... But when I see the hard time I have to do DLC or buffered double palm, I think sometimes that I just should mash out with Pai or do one throw with Jeff/Wolf to get as much dmg as those jedi-inputs moves.

    Hehe, I'll be happy to let you in on a little secret that makes it easy. You have to watch Akira's feet! When Akira does reverse body check, wait until the exact second when his foot leaves the ground to turn around, then do double palm as fast as you can. Watching the feet can get your hands to learn the timing. Then after a while you will just know it. But if you can watch the feet and learn to respond right when his foot leaves the ground, you will get them in the back every time.

    I can do it when I'm on the right side.
    Once I do the grab, and start inputing the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif.

    Alternatively depending on the character weight, you can buffer a /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif and then follow up with /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif or DLC.

    This is a good technique with all characters. You can get slight visual clues of when to buffer you commands by looking at their feet or hands during recovery. It's fairly easy to tell when you're close to the input buffer because your character will be ALMOST recovered in his or her animation.

    I usually watch the opponent's head dip to the lowest point and then start buffering, finish up the whole thing before he/she fully recovers.
    Just a heads up, have you master /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif yet? You should work on that one first because it is easier.

    Thanks for the help ~
    Now I can double palm the opponent's ass right after Reverse Body. Although the accuracy is not 100%, I think could master it with more practice.
