How to pick stage music in VF5r

    Just posted on D.K.s VF5 tsushin R blog is how to pick the various music for the stages. Seems like theres vf1-5 and some VF pachislot tracks depending on the stage. You need to input the command on the screen before the match starts.

    The combinations are basically....

    start

    Man this is too cool /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif Great find dude! The VF R stage music seems to be better than ver C's though (barring snow mountain etc.), for the most part, so I may be listening to them primarily.

    My only concern is that if VF R is released for the 360, MS will again employ its criminal tactics and milk people for these extra tracks /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

    Now I'm worried, will there be something different for people other than the originals in the VFs they haven't been in, or will it just be the same VF5R music?

    ^It looks like for characters like Taka, or El Blaze, who've only had one prior apperance...They seem to have all duplicates of the one other stage BGM that they've had:

    Taka: On The Circle(VF 3)
    El Blaze: Arena(VF5)

    While for someone like Vanessa or Lei Fei, who appeared in 4, they seem to have 3 copies of a VF4 stage BGM, one from EVO and one from 5...and so forth w/ the other characters...

    Anyways, this is very good news to hear that you get to choose your own classic BGM before the fight starts, kudos to AM2 for adding such a neat feature. ^_^

    Have they ever had the option to choose from multiple songs for each stage??? They are putting in so many little tweaks I can believe they wouldn't give it to us...

    You could choose 4 unique songs before a game in VF4:FT. Each player had to input the proper code for it to work during stage selection.

    Can't remember offhand but 3 of the 4 tracks I believe were VF2 Akira, VF2 Sarah and VF2 Lau.

    Also, if two characters in FT were using their VF1 model type the life bar and point indicators would also change to look like VF1.

    I wonder if Sega decided against the EVO tracks because most of them seemed lack lustered. I am a true fan of most of the music. VF1 just a couple, VF2 most, VF3 most, VF4 most, EVO just a couple, and VF5 I like but have never listened to them unless I was playing.

    Some songs were so good that friends of mine would actually listen to them on CD. I do this regardless but for people who don't make a habit of listening to BGM it says something.

    The song that is the most true to that statement is VF2 Akira's Ride the Tiger. Lion's also kicks ass. It's funny about VF4, I didn't really like it in the beginning and then it grew on me huge. I always considered VF4 music's style as RockNo (Techno with Rock).

    And VF4 Evo was all Rock and no Roll, except for Dural's stage, and Lei's BGM sounds like Sonic - You Can Do Anything. I don't get some of them, or I get the VF4 rockno better, as I thought it suited the stages better.
