How to Remove a Created Character from the Memory Card

I have tried to search this out but can't seem to find an answer. Is
it possible to remove a character you've created from the
memory card? I find myself completely ignorant about the memory card
and exactly what its compacity is; but I have a couple of
characters I failed miserably with and wish to get rid of...to
create less clutter when going into select. Thanks.

 

You'll have to remove that file in the PS2 main startup menu.

Perhaps I'm retarded, but I'm looking for SPECIFIC information on removing a character from the mem card...is this done under SYSTEM file in the start-up? And does this have to do with SAVING and/or LOADING the system file? I'm not exactly a tech-head.

 

you can't erase info on the memory Card through VF4 you have to do it in the Ps2 browser (it shows once you turn it on without a game inside the Ps2) now when our in the browser you'll see the memory card info, inside the mem card are your gamesaves along with VF4player files, the VF4 player files will have the ring name on it therefore whoever you wanna delete just look for his VF4 ring name in the mem card info and delete it.

VF4 doesn't have a memory card manager like other games.(gran turismo 3, ETC.) so you have to so it outside of the game (Pss2 browser). /versus/images/icons/laugh.gif
